Cyclone CPD-500

How does the Cyclone CPD-500 work?

Contaminated air is introduced into the cyclone chamber along a tangential path, thanks to which an intensive swirling motion is created inside the device. Under the effect of centrifugal force, heavier particles of dust, sawdust, and other contaminants move toward the walls of the device.

The separated material falls by gravity into the lower collection tank, while the cleaned air is discharged through the central outlet duct. This separation method makes it possible to effectively reduce the amount of dust in the installation and improve working conditions without the need to use additional filters.
