Extraction System SO-4

Extraction System SO-4 is a professional dust extraction installation intended for operation with high-capacity technological lines in which several devices generating dust, sawdust, and fine contaminants operate simultaneously. Thanks to the increased air flow capacity and the expanded filtration system, the SO-4 model effectively maintains the cleanliness of workstations even during intensive operation.

The device transports contaminants by means of an air stream to the filtration unit, where the dust is separated from the air and collected in collection bags. This solution makes it possible to significantly reduce dust levels in the production hall, improve working conditions, and protect machines against excessive dust accumulation.

How does the SO-4 extraction system work?

The system draws in air together with dust directly from collection points located at the machines. Then the mixture goes to a filtration chamber equipped with four filters, where the contaminants are effectively retained, and the cleaned air can be discharged back into the room or into the ventilation system.

The use of a larger filtration surface makes it possible to maintain high efficiency even during long-term operation and reduces the frequency of servicing the device.

Application

Extraction System SO-4 was designed for medium-sized and large production plants in which effective dust removal from many workstations at the same time is required. It performs excellently during pellet production, wood processing, grain processing, recycling, production of building materials, as well as in other technological processes requiring efficient dust extraction.

The device can cooperate with pellet mills, shredders, hammer mills, conveyors, and other elements of technological lines.
