LDG-3000 (MAX) Granulated Feed Production Line  - brand new equipment that allows you to open your own granulated feed production line

The equipment helps solve animal feeding problems. In addition, the LDG-3000 (MAX) line is compact, which allows you to start

producing granulated feed mixtures even in small spaces (e.g., car garages) without renting

large and expensive production areas.

 

 

L DG-3000 (MAX) – an automated granulation line capable of processing the following raw materials:

• grain waste;

• straw, grass, hay, husks;

• feed mixtures;

 

 

The device consists of the following functional parts:
 

1. Feed mixer -  WIR-200 screw conveyor 0:

This unit is designed for producing highly concentrated mixtures from ground grain and other loose products by mixing, with up to 95% homogeneity of mixed components. The mixer operating time allows for 3 to 6 working cycles per hour. Power consumption – 8.3 kW.

2.  Humidification system:

The main components of the humidification system are: valve, pump, 100-liter water tank, and nozzle. The system is connected to a stand above the working section, which allows for adding the required measured amount of moisture during granulation. Power consumption – 0.37 kW.

3.  Reliable PRIME-300 pelletizer:

The PRIME-300 granulator easily handles various types of raw materials at capacities up to 700 kg per hour for feed pellets. Power consumption – 30 kW.

4.  Calibrator - pellet cooler KC-200:

This unit provides additional cooling of the product, as pellets heat up during pelleting. This unit also removes dust and crumbs using a special drum. This section consumes 0.12 kW.

5.  Closed extraction system SO-2:

This device, using a fan, provides the air circulation necessary to cool the pellets and collect calibrated raw material residue and dust in containers in the form of bags attached to it. Power – 1.5 kW.

6.  Control panel:

Small size and a built-in automation cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient to install near the production line. The panel includes  an ammeter and thermal protection for each line motor

The LDG-3000 (MAX) granulation line is designed to minimize energy consumption as much as possible, without affecting the power and efficiency of the line itself. This also contributes to a rapid return on investment.
 
The PRIME 300 granulator / pelletizer is equipped with movable rollers, which increases its power and the efficiency of the granulated feed production line. The LDG-3000 (MAX) feed/pellet granulator operates at capacities of up to 700 kg per hour on feed mixtures! Incredible power and durability allow for large-scale production.
 
Our line is equipped with a closed dust extraction system (cyclone) – resulting in minimal dust levels in the workplace, providing comfortable working conditions and equipping the workplace in accordance with fire safety standards. In addition, dust collected by the cyclone in dust collectors can be re-pelletized on the same line. This gives you virtually zero-waste production.
 
Now you don't have to worry about waste disposal at the plant when you open a feed production line. Granular feed production is now always a profitable venture. Here is a list of potential customers:
