Screw Dispenser DPS-250C is a specialized version of the feeder designed for precise dosing of bulk and powdered materials. This model has been developed primarily for use in the chemical and construction industries, where fine-dispersed and dusty materials such as cement, gypsum, lime, and mineral mixtures are handled. At the same time, the machine can also be successfully used in manufacturing facilities and the food industry.

All working components of the machine come into contact with the material exclusively through stainless steel, making the feeder safe for food products. This is confirmed by the PZH certificate, which guarantees safe operation in both the food and industrial sectors.

Unlike the standard DPS-250 version, the DPS-250C model is equipped with a top-mounted drive system and additional protection for the working assemblies. The design has been enhanced with special covers fitted with felt seals, which effectively protect bearings from the ingress of fine material particles. As a result, the machine performs exceptionally well when handling cement, gypsum, and other powdered materials, ensuring high durability and reliability.

Our bulk material dosing device provides uniform and repeatable dosing of various raw materials. The use of a specially modified screw with extended ends and a properly selected geared motor ensures stable operation even with materials that have difficult physical properties and a high tendency to generate dust.

How it works:

The weighing screw feeder operates in semi-automatic mode. The operator places a container on the weighing platform and then presses the pedal. The feeder automatically starts dispensing the material using the screw conveyor, performs weighing, and stops feeding once the programmed weight is reached.
