Did you find a lower price from another supplier? It's not a problem.
If you find a product from another supplier at a lower price, you will get a discount from us!
1) procedure - individual steps
1.1 compare prices-lower price at another supplier notified in writing.
1.2 sending the application to biuro@technomaszbud.pl or through the application form.
1.3 submit an offer from another supplier or a screenshot showing the lower price and the corresponding conditions.
1.4 We will check your request and offer you a discount on the product you are interested in.
2) General Conditions Of The "Lowest Price Guarantee"
2.1 cases of exclusion of the "lowest price"
- "Lowest Price Guarantee" does not apply to offers from outside Poland
- offers from other suppliers for the same but used product will not be taken into account;
- The price from another supplier is grossly different from the standard prices on the site technomaszbud.pl (above 7%);
- Technomashbud reserves the right to terminate the "lowest price guarantee" offer at any time in the event of suspected fraud or deliberate misrepresentation;
- Technomashbud reserves the right to terminate the "lowest price guarantee" offer at any time if the supplier with the lower price is not officially registered as an entity and does not issue sales documents (paragon or PV);
3) How to take advantage of the "lowest price guarantee"
To take advantage of the" lowest price guarantee " you must meet all the conditions in point 1 and apply for a discount.
The applicant guarantees that the information provided by him is true and complete.
In case of incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the customer, Technomashbud will not be able to apply the "lowest price guarantee".
The application must be accompanied by an offer from another supplier in a PDF file or a screenshot, with a visible date, machine name and lower price, and other documents that may serve as evidence to justify the application.
4) consideration of applications
After verification of the application by Technomashbud customer service, if all the above conditions are met, a "Lowest Price Guarantee"will be granted. The commercial advisor responsible for the customer will send a message to the customer's email address confirming the validity of the application together with the new adjusted price.
If the application does not meet the conditions of the "lowest price guarantee", the Customer Service Department of TechnoMaszBud will send an e-mail informing about the non-application of the "lowest price guarantee" together with the reasons.
5) Changes To The General Conditions Of The "Lowest Price Guarantee"
Technomashbud reserves the right to make changes to these general conditions. Changes made to the general terms and conditions will be effective from the date of their publication on the Technomashbud website and will apply to each application after the date of their publication.
The customer should carefully read the terms and conditions of the "lowest price guarantee" before each application, as they are subject to change.
Technomashbud reserves the right to terminate the "lowest price guarantee" offer at any time without giving reasons, and applications submitted before the end of the offer will be considered in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
