Briquette press BIOPRESS

The Biopress series briquetting machine from the "TechnoMaszBud" company is designed for the production of fuel briquettes from

straw, hay, reeds and rushes. Biomass should be pre-crushed to 5 cm and have a moisture content of 10 to 30%.

On the basis of the Biopress briquette press, you can complete a briquetting line, which will consist of the following elements:

- BIOPRESS briquetting machine;

- SO extraction system;

- RD-500 shredder;

- table for easy loading of biomass.

One significant aspect to consider is that the equipment used for briquette production offers the capability to fine-tune the density of the

final product.

How it works:

Place the raw material into the briquetting machine's bunker. The agitator feeds the raw materials to the screw chamber. Here material is

heated and compressed. Then the resulting briquette is pushed out. Weights installed on the rod stabilizer allow you to adjust the

compactness of the briquette. As a result, we get a cheap, 100% ecological fuel material that replaces coal and wood.
