LDB-350 DUO Line for briquette production is a complete system that transforms biomass, such as sawdust, straw, leaves, paper, and other waste, into compacted fuel blocks (briquettes), making them an ideal energy source for households, businesses, and power plants.

Features of the LDB-350 DUO line:

Components of the LDB-350 DUO:

• Two BT-350 briquetting machines with a capacity of 250 to 350 kg/h each form the heart of the line. Thanks to interchangeable forming sleeves, it is possible to adjust the briquette diameter and compression degree to individual needs.
• PS-200 DUO screw feeder with dual screws ensures precise and efficient delivery of raw material to the briquetting machines. Independent control of the screws provides flexibility in the feeding process, and the installed frequency converter allows precise regulation of the material delivery quantity.
• Closed exhaust system SO-2 removes dust and pollutants generated in the production process, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The extracted dust is reused in the production process, increasing its efficiency.
• Control panel allows monitoring and controlling all elements of the LDB-350 Duo line. Display of parameters, ammeter, screw feeder speed indicator, and other indicators provide full control over the production process. Thermal protections protect the motors from damage, and manual control allows precise adjustments if needed.
