LDB-350 DUO briquette production line is a complete and well-optimized technology system designed for continuous and efficient production of biomass heating briquettes. The LDB-350 DUO machine system enables the production of high-energy solid fuel from raw materials such as sawdust, leaves, straw, cardboard as well as from other dry waste.

The final product of the biomass briquette pressing line are compact Nestro-type briquette blocks.

A compact design, intuitive operation, and efficient components make the LDB-350 DUO line perfectly suited for use in industrial plants, agricultural holdings, and recycling companies.

Main components

• Two BT-350 briquetting presses – mechanical-piston presses with a capacity of up to 350 kg/h each. They enable the production of briquettes of adjustable length and diameter (interchangeable forming sleeves).
• PS-200 DUO screw feeder – a system of two independently controlled screw feeders with inverters, allowing for precise supply of raw material to the briquetting presses.
• SO-2 extraction system – closed filtration system for the removal of dust and contaminants. The dust is returned into production, which increases efficiency and minimizes losses.
• Control panel – central control system for managing all line elements. Equipped with parameter displays, thermal protection, and manual adjustment options.
