KC-300 Pellet Sifter-Cooler is an improved version of the popular KC-200 model. It is a modern, efficient device for screening, calibrating, and cooling raw materials.

The equipment has been designed with the aim of increasing calibration efficiency by being fitted with a 0.37 kW gear motor, which is a significant improvement over the previous model’s 0.12 kW gear motor. The drum has also been enlarged, giving this model the highest capacity among our drum coolers.

The multifunctional calibrator drum features holes of various diameters, which can be customized to the client’s requirements, allowing for raw material calibration to the desired fraction – from 3 to 10 mm.

Openings for connecting an extraction system enable more precise and efficient operation, eliminating dust and fine particles from the process.

The main purpose of the KC-300 calibrator is screening raw materials and cooling finished pellets after pellet production with a pelletizer. It can be used as a standalone unit, but is also an essential element of pellet and compound feed production lines.
