For the processing of different mixed feeds, we recommend using the WIR-2000 feed mixer, which can prepare up to 2000 liters of mixture with a mixing accuracy of about 95% in just 5-10 minutes. Using an auger feeder with a frequency inverter, this mixture can be transferred to the extruder hopper.

The soy extrusion process in the EGK-350 extruder involves two key stages: crushing the raw material and high-temperature processing under high pressure at temperatures of 120-180°C. Thanks to these processes, the raw material increases its volume and becomes much more digestible. As a result, animals need less feed in the form of airy sticks to achieve full satiety.
