Granulation Line LDG-3000 (DUO) PRO

The pellet production line with a capacity of 1,000 kg per hour (output depends on the type of pellet) is based on high-performance Prime-300 PRO granulators. This line enables the processing of sawdust and other biomaterials into pellets and the production of granules from mixed pastures.

The high productivity of the line is achieved thanks to the simultaneous operation of two granulators Prime-300 PRO. Each peeler is equipped with a motor with a power of 30 kW, a matrix with a diameter of 300 mm, moving rollers with a diameter of 178 mm.

One of the key advantages of the LDG-3000 PRO DUO line is its ability to perform non-stop work even during service or non-stop work. Thanks to the use of two Prime-300 PRO granulators, the line can continue production when one of the granulators requires maintenance or repair. This solution ensures operational continuity, minimizes downtime and increases overall production efficiency, which guarantees uninterrupted operation of the entire line.

The LDG-3000 DUO PRO Line set includes:

1. PS-400 screw feeder:

The feeder is designed to collect raw material and evenly supply biomass to the pelletizer. This unit has infinitely adjustable feeding speed of raw material by means of frequency converter. Total electric power consumption - 3 kW. Tank capacity - 2m3 ( two cubic meters).

2. Humidification system:

Used to secure adequate moisture content of raw material. This system consists of such elements: valve, pump, water tank for 100 liters, nozzle. Moistening of the raw material with the required measured amount of moisture during pelleting is done by connecting the system to the rack above the working part. Electricity consumption 0.37 kW.

3. Reliable PRIME-300 PRO pelletizers:

Two universal PRIME-300 pelletizers process different types of raw materials with an actual capacity of up to 1000 kg/h for sawdust pellets and up to 1400 kg/h for feed pellets.

4. Calibrator - / pellet cooler KC-300:

Hot pellets, discharging from the pelletizer, go to the drum calibration screen. As the drum rotates, the pellets spread thinly on the surface. At the same time, a stream of air produced by a fan passes through the cooling chambers. It cools the pellets, reducing their moisture content, through the upper side spigot, and the fine grit and dust goes through the two lower spigots through the cyclone into the bags. 

5. Closed system from pulling SO-4: 

The closed extraction system pulls in excess dust and raw materials from the pellet cooling and sorting system and collects them in bags, and filters the dust air with two upper filter bags. At the heart of the system is an efficient fan that creates the necessary pressure in the system to extract small particles and dust. 

6. Control panel: 

The electrical equipment control cabinet includes electrical equipment for remote automatic control of the complex's electrical mechanisms and drives, mounted in the control cabinet. The small size and built-in automation cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient to install near the production line.

Actual efficiency of the LDG-3000 DUO pellet production line depending on raw materials:

- wood waste - 1000 kg/hour (depends on the hardness and type of the input;

- straw - up to 1000 kg/hour;

- feed - up to 1400 kg/h;
