Granulator GMK-200

We would like to present you feed and pellet granulator GMK-200. Capacity of this granulator is up to 200 kg / h. The diameter of installed

matrix is 205 mm and holes from 2 mm to 8 mm. The length of the granulate is regulated by the position of the cutter knives. The granulator

will process loose feed and feed mixtures into granules.

Granules have a number of advantages over compound feed:

- all granules have the same shape and size;

- all granules have the same composition;

- when using granules, waste is minimal;

- Up to 95% of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and parasites are destroyed in the granulation process;

- high food absorption.

The granulator is suitable for producing feed for chickens, laying hens, rabbits, pigs, cattle, horses, fish and other animals. One granulator is

enough to produce granules for different animals, you just need to have appropriate matrices for the needs of different animals. The kit

includes one matrix. If necessary, it is possible to purchase matrices with different hole widths additionally.

Example composition of feed for rabbits:

The granules contain cereals, post-extraction meals, dried grass, meadow hay and legume hay, as well as mineral and vitamin additives and

coccidiostats (prevent the development of coccidiosis). The recommended size of granules is 10 mm in length and 3-4 mm in diameter.
