Feed and Pellet Granulator GMK-200

GMK-200 Granulator is an efficient and reliable device for pelletizing animal feed and fuel pellets, designed for both farms and semi‑industrial applications. Thanks to its high power and a 205 mm die, this granulator allows processing various loose feed mixes, grain, hay, sunflower husk, and other raw materials into pellets.
Pellet length is adjustable by setting the position of the cutting knives, and selecting the die hole diameter (from 2 to 8 mm) allows you to tailor pellets to different animal species.

The device enables the production of feed for many types of livestock:
• chicks, laying hens, broilers
• rabbits, pigs, cattle
• horses, fish, and other farmed animals

Pellets make it easier to provide balanced nutrition—for example, for rabbits they consist of: grains, oilseed extraction meals, hay, dried meadow forage, coccidiostats, and mineral‑vitamin supplements.

Applications of the GMK-200 Granulator

The GMK-200 performs excellently in producing pelleted feed for livestock and fuel pellets. With high power, adjustable pellet length, and interchangeable dies, it is a well‑tailored solution for both household farms and professional operations. The GMK-200 handles a wide range of raw materials and lets you fine‑tune pelletizing to your specific needs.

A 1500 rpm motor drives the die via pulleys and a shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the feed into the die holes.

The granulator is equipped with a double‑sided die made of high‑alloy hardened steel with selectable hole sizes from 2 to 8 mm.
