Impact shredder / crusher for plastic Grindex-7

Our devices can shred polymers, plastics (such as HDE, LDPE, PP, PE and PVC) and even wood and carpentry waste.

The grinding process begins with feeding material into a working opening measuring 400 x 220 mm, equipped with a transparent cover to

ensure safe operation. The material is directed into the crushing chamber, where a rotor with twelve movable knives arranged in a cascade

and a stator with two fixed knives ensure efficient grinding. The 7.5 kW engine drives the rotor via a belt drive. In the lower part of the

crushing chamber there is a sieve with adjustable holes that allow you to adjust the grinding fraction.

Crushers of the GRINDEX series provide a homogeneous, finely ground material fraction thanks to the possibility of selecting suitable sieves

and an appropriate arrangement of knives. GRINDEX mills also make it easy to clean the device and quickly replace or sharpen knives

thanks to their modular design. This device is very mobile, since both the shredder and the discharge hopper are equipped with wheels,

which makes it easy to move even in small spaces.
