Operating principle

The jaw crusher is powered by a motor of your choice – it can be either a petrol or electric engine. The movable jaw plate moves up and down by means of an eccentric shaft. The angle and distance between the fixed jaw plate and the moving jaw become smaller when the moving plate lowers – at this point, the material is crushed into pieces. The distance increases as the movable jaw rises. When the moving plate is pushed away from the fixed one by springs, the crushed particles leave the working zone.
