After intensive tests, implementations, and experiments, we proudly present the Prime - 300 PRO pelletizer. This pellet machine achieves a performance of 500 kilograms of finished pellets per hour (performance depends on the type of feedstock), making it an essential tool in pellet and feed production.

The PRIME-300 PRO pelletizer is a key element of the LDG-3000 KOMBI PRO, LDG-3000 MAX, and LDG-3000 DUO PRO lines, excellently handling the granulation of sawdust, hay, straw, herbs, and feed. Equipped with a 30 kW engine and 178 mm diameter rollers, it provides a stable performance exceeding 500 kg/h  (performance depends on the type of feedstock). The 300 mm diameter die can be customized to the individual needs of the customer, with hole options of 6 mm and 8 mm, allowing for the production of pellets of various hardness and diameter.

However, the Prime 300 PRO is not only an efficient pelletizer but also an advanced set with an inverter, which optimizes the operation of the engine, protecting it from overload and monitoring electricity consumption. The inverter allows for the adjustment of the engine's speed, enabling the adaptation of the machine's performance to specific needs and production conditions.

The Prime 300 PRO pelletizer handles both sawdust from coniferous trees, rich in lignin, and sawdust from hardwoods, which are more difficult to granulate. Thanks to high pressure, the machine also easily processes raw materials with low lignin content. In addition to sawdust, the Prime 300 PRO is ideal for producing feed for various animals, including rabbits, chickens, broilers, pigs, cows, and quail. This machine can also process sunflower husks, straw, hay, grasses, feed mixes, and plastics such as polypropylene, bags, and film. The Prime 300 PRO is a versatile and reliable solution for anyone needing an efficient and effective pelletizer for various raw materials.

Performance:

- Feed mix – up to 700 kg/h;

- Sawdust – up to 500 kg/h (depends on the hardness of the sawdust).

Includes inverter (SoftStart). Power cable is not included in the set!

We also offer a PS-200 screw feeder for smooth feeding of raw material. The tank capacity is over 0.2 m³. The feeding speed is regulated by an inverter.
