Wood debarking machine KD-200

During debarking, sand and various inclusions that get into the bark during harvesting and transportation of raw materials are removed along with the bark. This increases blade life when sawing debarked logs, resulting in less tool and energy consumption. The saw provides a cleaner cut, which contributes to improved wood quality.  The efficiency of the sawmill's frame increases as a result of reduced log slippage on the feeding rollers. The machine is used to prepare logs for sawing and to produce fuel pellets and briquettes.

 

 

The machine has an adjustable knife overhang (depth of cut or thickness of chips), which can be adjusted smoothly depending on the wood. The speed at which the log is moved relative to the knife blade is also infinitely adjustable, which affects the depth of cut, the cleanliness of the log surface and the processing speed per running meter. The machine is equipped with adjustable, extendable log supports on the infeed and outfeed sides, a removable table (supporting the log during loading), and a pedal for lifting the log clamping mechanism. Sawdust is ejected by a built-in fan at a distance of 4 m from the machine.

 

The main technological parameters: depth of cut and speed of movement of the log relative to the cutter, regulate the quality of log processing according to the requirements.
