KD-200 Wood Debarker is a robust and highly efficient device designed for the mechanical removal of bark from wood. It is perfectly suited for sawmills, woodworking plants, or farms that process firewood or industrial timber. Thanks to its design, it enables fast, effective, and precise debarking of logs, preparing them for further processing or sale.

During debarking, sand and various impurities that enter the bark during harvesting and transport of raw material are also removed. As a result, the lifespan of saw blades increases when processing debarked logs, which leads to reduced tool wear and lower power demand when cutting. The cut is cleaner, which improves the quality of lumber.
Additionally, reduced slippage of logs on the feed rollers increases the efficiency of sawmill frames.

This machine is used for preparing round wood for cutting, as well as in the production of pellets and fuel briquettes.

Equipment and adjustments:

• Stepless adjustment of blade extension (cutting depth or thickness of chips removed) depending on the type of wood.
  
• Stepless adjustment of the feed rate of the log in relation to the knife disc, which influences the cutting depth, smoothness of the log surface, and processing speed.
  
• Adjustable, extendable supports for logs on the infeed and outfeed sides.
  
• Detachable table (log support during loading).
  
• Foot pedal for lifting the log hold-down mechanism.
  
• Chips and bark are removed by a built-in fan up to 4 meters from the machine.
  

The quality of log processing is regulated by two main technological parameters: cutting depth and feed rate relative to the cutter.
