Wood shredder / Chipper CR-700 with PTO drive

CR-700 is a new product from the manufacturer TechnoMaszBud.

The production line, equipped with a CR-700 chipper working with a hammer mill, is becoming more efficient than ever. This device makes

the pellet production process efficient, saving time and costs, while remaining environmentally friendly. The CR-700 chipper, hammer mill

mill, aerodynamic sawdust dryer and production line, the heart of which is a pellet mill, is a perfect solution for anyone involved in pellet

production. 

The CR-700 wood chipper is a disc-type shredding device used for grinding/grinding/crushing post-production waste from the sawmill,

carpentry and furniture industries, namely: tree branches, wooden waste, boards, edgings, sawing blades, chipboards, MDF boards with

maximum dimensions: width 210 mm x height 160 mm.

CR-700 allows you to obtain fuel wood chips or technological chips for further processing in production lines into fuel pellets.

The big advantage of the CR-700 wood chipper is the large size of the loading opening, which allows you to crush large pieces of

incoming material.

The chipper is equipped with two rollers feeding the raw material to the working part, i.e. a rotating disc with mounted blades.

The hydraulic pump driving the rollers allows them to be stopped or reversed if necessary. The knives (blades) of the disc are made of

9ХС tool steel (equivalent to 9ChS/9KhS).

Basic technical parameters:

- productivity up to 10 m³/h of finished chips;

- PTO drive, recommended tractor engine power from 50 HP;

- maximum dimensions of the processed raw material (width x height): 210 mm x 160 mm;

- it is operated by only 1 person;

- the final fraction of chips is in the range of 5–45 mm;

- the blades of the disc are made of extremely durable 9ХС steel (equivalent to 9ChS/9KhS).

Additionally, installed elements, such as a speed regulator of the raw material intake rollers, a hydraulic system oil filter and a pressure

gauge for monitoring the hydraulic system, ensure comfortable and effective operation which makes the CR-700 an irreplaceable tool in the

wood industry.
