Raw materials for processing can be introduced into the PS-2500 hopper in several ways. Typically, this is done through the 127 mm diameter hole in the top cover, which can be connected to a RD-1000 shredder, MB-500 hammer mill, or PP-360 pneumatic conveyor. It is also possible to open part of the cover for direct loading of the raw material or remove the entire cover for easy loading into the hopper.

Precise Material Conveyance

The PS-2500 screw feeder operates using a screw driven by a 2.2 kW electric motor. With the use of a frequency converter (not included in the set), you can adjust the material conveyance speed to suit your production process needs.
