Aerodynamic Sawdust Dryer SA-600

We offer complete drying lines for biomass including sawdust, wood chips, straw, fruit pomace and many other grain waste. Our dryers are

safe and reliable to use. The specially designed construction of the dryer allows to obtain raw materials ready for granulation with an initial

humidity of up to 60%.

The aerodynamic dryer SA-600 with a capacity of up to 600 kg / h consists of the following parts:

1. Furnace (made of 650 chamotte bricks).

2. Calibrator-Feeder KPS-600.

3. Pipeline system.

4. Exhaust blower.

5. Cyclone.

6. Control panel.

Kiln brick and motor connection cables are not included in the set.

Also you will get a digital laser thermometer and grease gun for FREE.

How it works

The raw material is delivered to the pipe system by means of a screw conveyor. After that, the raw material is sucked in by the air stream. 

Raw materials with hot air from the furnace move in pipes mainly in a vertical direction. Due to the special design of the tubes with

expansions and contractions, the air flow becomes turbulent, so this ensures the maximum exposure level of hot air on raw materials - a

process essential for intensive drying.

Thanks to our product, you can produce fuel pellets with a grammage of 1-1.3 g / cm3, with high calorific value. Aerodynamic sawdust dryer

The sawdust dryer processes raw materials with a fraction of up to 7 mm.
