Our facilities have it! ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate

 

we are pleased to inform you that our production facilities have undergone the full audit procedure and have received the ISO 9001 certificate. It is worth recalling here that the ISO 9001 standard is an international standard that relates to a quality management system. This system was developed by the International Organization for Standardization ISO headquartered in Brno (Switzerland).

 

The ISO 9001 quality management system has a significant impact on raising the level of quality of our products and services. The requirements of the ISO 9001 standard apply to all processes that create and supervise the products and services

delivered by our organization. Thanks to this, the customer can be sure that they receive high-quality products.

The starting point for obtaining the certificate was planning and preparing the necessary documentation specified

in the ISO 9001 standard. The next step was identifying and defining key business processes,

i.e. the way in which the company produces and delivers its services to potential customers. For each process, it was necessary to develop and implement performance indicators and objectives (also known as quality objectives) as a basis for continuous improvement. We developed and implemented specific documentation as well as six mandatory procedures. In addition to these mandatory procedures, we defined additional procedures required for the efficient functioning of the company. After completing all stages, there was a verification period lasting approx. 3 months,  followed by an internal audit. The final stage was an audit conducted by an external

and independent certification body. The positive course of the audit was confirmed by a report, which confirmed

that the company has implemented and applies a quality management system with regard to the production, sale, repair and maintenance of general-purpose machines and equipment as well as industrial machines for agriculture and forestry. All of this has been documented by Certificate № UA.QMS.0017-23 (DSTU EN ISO 9001:2018 EN ISO 9001:2015, IDT, EN ISO 9001:2015, IDT).
