Description
ZMD is a universal set of wood-shredding machines created by TechnoMashBud and intended for various industries.
The ZMD wood shredding set is ideal for the wood industry, waste management, livestock farming, biomass pellet processing,
environmental protection and pulp production. The fully automated wood chipping process using the ZMD set includes several key steps to
ensure efficiency and a high quality final product.
How it works?
The operator feeds branches or cuttings into the CR-700 shredder, equipped with a 22 kW electric motor. A disc wood chipper processes
raw materials into chips with a productivity of up to 10 m³/h. Next, the material goes to the first MB-500 hammer mill with sieves with 12
mm holes, and then through a spiral pipe to the second mill with 6 mm holes. Finally, the crushed material passes through the cyclone and
the purified air flows out through a centrally located channel.
