ZMD wood shredding set

The ZMD wood grinding set is a professional, fully automated technological system designed by TechnoMaszBud. The equipment performs excellently across various industrial sectors—from sawmills and wood waste recycling to the production of pellets, briquettes, and pulp. ZMD is a complete wood grinding line enabling efficient, continuous processing of wood material.

The process begins by feeding branches or offcuts into the CR-700 chipper, which reduces the wood to a 5–45 mm fraction. The material then goes sequentially to two MB-500 hammer mills equipped with 12 mm and 6 mm screens, and finally to a cyclone where dedusting takes place. Thanks to the well-thought-out design of the set, the entire process runs smoothly and safely.
