BIZON-450 PRO Jaw Crusher is the most powerful and advanced model in the BIZON crushing equipment series. The machine combines very high efficiency with versatile applications and reliable performance when processing a wide range of mineral and construction raw materials.

The BIZON-450 PRO model is equipped with a track platform, which significantly increases the mobility and operational flexibility of the device. The crusher can be easily moved directly at the worksite, on a construction site, in a quarry, or in demolition zones.

The tracked chassis provides excellent traction even on uneven and difficult terrain, helping to reduce raw material transportation costs. Thanks to this, the BIZON-450 PRO is perfectly suited for crushing material directly at the extraction or dismantling site.

Compared to smaller models in the BIZON series, the 450 PRO version allows processing of large blocks up to 450 mm in length and up to 250 mm in height and width. If a very fine fraction below 10 mm is required, a two-stage system is recommended, where the material is initially crushed to 50–80 mm and then reduced further in the next stage.
