Ignition is done using natural firelighters, e.g., wood wool, or a gas torch. After a few minutes, the pellets start to burn, and a growing flame appears in the glass tube.

Pellets drop by gravity from the hopper into the combustion chamber.

Once lit, the heater provides a cozy atmosphere for over two hours. For a shorter burn time, the hopper can be filled halfway.
