ZO-500 Bag Sealer is a professional device designed for hermetically sealing plastic bags used, among others, in packaging processes for pellets, vegetables, or animal feed. It can be used as a supplementary element in processes employing bagging machines, weighing baggers or weigh-packers, providing safe, airtight, and durable sealing of bags. Thanks to its compact design and easy operation, it is perfect for both small and larger production facilities.

Continuous-heating bag sealer for grooved seams is intended for sealing packaging and bags filled with bulk products. It is equipped with a foot pedal drive, which allows the operator to freely handle bags and packaging with both hands.

The sealer features a horizontal arrangement of the sealing unit and a height-adjustable shelf, making it possible to achieve a horizontal positioning of packages during the process.

The device is suitable for most types of plastic bags and packaging: multilayer polymer materials (also with a paper layer), doypack-type packages, polypropylene, duplex and triplex films, and laminated papers. Material thickness: 10–120 µm.
The sealer enables a strong, flat seam with a height of 20 mm and width of 300/400/500 mm.
