Bag sealing machine ZO-500

The ZO-500 floor-standing sealer is a professional device designed for sealing polymer packaging, ensuring a durable and aesthetic ribbed seal. Thanks to its foot pedal operation, the operator has both hands free to conveniently position bags and pouches during work, significantly increasing packing efficiency and workstation ergonomics.

The ZO-500 model is equipped with a horizontal sealing unit and an adjustable-height shelf, allowing vertical placement of packages of various sizes. The device is suitable for sealing most types of plastic packaging, including:

• multi-layer polymer materials, including those with a paper outer layer,
• doypacks,
• polypropylene films, duplex, triplex,
• laminated papers.

The sealer ensures reliable sealing of materials with thicknesses from 10 to 120 microns. It produces a strong flat seal with a height of 20 mm and a width of 300, 400, or 500 mm depending on the model.

The ZO-500 operates within a temperature range of 80–150°C (optionally up to 200°C when using stronger heaters), allowing optimal adjustment of parameters according to the packaged product type. Standard power supply is 220–230 V, and the low power consumption of 400 W makes the device energy-efficient and economical in daily operation.
