Alligator-18 is an industrial straw bale shredder (especially for bales up to 1.8 m in diameter), capable of processing material with high moisture content (up to 30%). The ability to adjust the fraction (2-20 mm; standard 30 mm) allows customization of the final product depending on further use requirements, whether as feed, bedding, pellet, or compost.

Application
The Alligator-18 model is perfect as a straw or hay shredder. It will prove itself in demanding situations where shredding straw and bales can be used for the production of pellets, fuel, or compost. This is a device for those looking for a reliable and highly efficient machine for processing large amounts of plant material. The device can additionally be equipped with a bale feeder, platform, and cyclone!
The universal Alligator-18 straw/hay shredder is designed for processing:
1. Round bales with a diameter from 1 to 1.8 m;
2. Rectangular bales with dimensions from 0.25 × 0.3 × 0.4 up to 1.5 × 1.2 × 2 m;
3. Loose agricultural materials.
Precise fraction adjustment – tailored to your needs!
The standard length of the shredded material is 6 mm, which is ideal for cattle feeding as well as for the production of pellets or fuel briquettes. The sieve can be exchanged, so the input fraction range is from 3 to 20 mm.
Advanced design – handles even moist material
The unique design of the Alligator-18 shredder with counter-rotating knives allows effective cutting of both dry and wet materials with moisture content up to 30%. Thanks to this, the machine performs well in a wide range of operating conditions.
