Bale Shredder / Chopper TOKMAK-1 without cyclone is an efficient machine designed for the automatic shredding of straw from round bales and square bales. The machine was designed for modern livestock farms and feed producers who expect high capacity, reduction of raw material losses, and full automation of the straw preparation process.

Thanks to the use of a screw feeding system, the material is transported evenly to the shredding chamber, where the rotor cutting system shreds the straw to the selected fraction. The straw prepared in this way, defibered, is excellent as animal bedding and as a component of feed mixtures.

The TOKMAK-1 model enables operation with both round bales and square bales with a diameter or length of up to 1800 mm. The solid construction and efficient working assemblies guarantee reliable operation even during intensive use.
