LDB-350 Briquette Production Line is a comprehensive set of equipment, designed for the eco-friendly and cost-effective production of fuel briquettes. The use of a mechanical-piston press makes it possible to compress wood and agricultural waste into high-calorific biofuel blocks, with an energy value reaching up to 6,000 kcal/kg.

LDB-350 Briquette Production Line allows the processing of materials such as: straw, cereal husks, sawdust, fine wood dust, and all types of plant biomass. The key to successful briquetting is maintaining proper moisture content of the input material – max. 12%. The fraction size of the raw material used in the LDB-350 is also important – it should not exceed 25 mm. 

The high pressure and temperature inside the briquetting press release lignin – a natural binder that ensures the durability and proper consistency of the briquettes. Thanks to lignin, there is no need to use external chemical binders.
