Briquette production line Pini Kay LPK-500
- Product Code: LPK-500
Description
Pini Kay LPK-500 Briquette Production Line - is a complete technological line intended for processing agro-industrial waste into high-calorific heating briquettes. It has been designed to work with fine-grained materials such as sawdust, shavings, straw, husks (sunflower, buckwheat), flax shives, and other organic residues.
The line includes:
- Drying device (optional)– used to reduce the moisture content of the raw material before further processing;
- Screw conveyor PS-200– ensures even and stable feeding of material into the press;
- Press BS-80– the central component formingpini-kaytype briquettes;
- Cutting module SO-80– allows production of briquettes with a fixed length (e.g. 300 mm);
- Aspiration system SO-2– responsible for effective removal of dust and smoke generated during operation;
- Line control panel.
Advantages of the line:
- Wide raw material compatibility– the line does not require complicated material preparation and supports many types of biomass.
- Output up to 500 kg/h– excellent for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
- Briquettes without chemical additives– forming at a temperature of 280–350 °C ensures a durable bond of particles without glues or binders.
Applications:
- Heat generation (heating rooms and industrial facilities);
- Sale of finished briquettes as a final product;
- Local or industrial utilization of agricultural and organic waste.
Features and technical parameters:
- Adjustable briquette length:possibility to set any length or fixed 300 mm using a special water-cooled knife.
- Efficient pressing:the forming zone reaches 280–350 °C, ensuring a durable structure without chemical additives.
- Energy efficiency:total electric motor power is 33 kW.
- Raw material moisture:up to 10% – guarantees stable operation and high briquette quality.
