Calibration tank ZK-1

The ZK-1 Tank-Calibrator is a functional device designed for the preliminary collection and calibration of raw material before further processing. The construction is equipped with two vibration motors and a calibrating sieve, with mesh size customizable to the client’s individual technological requirements.

The hopper frame features a fully demountable design—all components are assembled using bolts, which significantly eases transport and allows rapid installation of the device at the work site. The upper part of the tank rests on four springs, ensuring that vibrations affect only the material section.

This solution prevents blockages, ensures an even outflow of raw material, and provides stable feeding of material to the subsequent stages of the technological line. The ZK-1 performs excellently in industrial conditions where reliability and continuous operation are crucial.
