Calibrator-cooler for pellet KC-100

KC-100 is a compact device that combines the functions of cooling and calibrating raw materials, essential in the final stage of pellet and feed granulate production. The device enables effective screening of materials and separation of raw materials, removing defective particles and cooling the material to a temperature safe for further packaging.

The KC-100 model is based on drum technology, which ensures even processing and good control over the process. It is an ideal solution for medium-capacity lines that require a simple yet effective tool for the final preparation of the product.

The calibrator is equipped with a 0.12 kW geared motor and ports for connecting an SO series extraction system. The device features a drum with holes of various diameters and adjustable height. Upon request, hole diameters can range from 3 to 10 mm, depending on the material fraction.
