Description
KC-100 is a compact machine combining cooling and material calibration functions, essential in the final stage of pellet and feed granule production. The unit enables effective screening of raw materials and separation of raw materials, removing defective particles and cooling the material to a temperature safe for further packaging.
The KC-100 model is based on drum technology, ensuring uniform processing and good control over the process. It is an ideal solution for medium-capacity lines that need a simple yet effective tool for final product preparation.
The calibrator is equipped with a 0.12 kW gear motor and ports for connecting an SO-series extraction system. The machine features a drum with holes of various diameters and adjustable height. On request, the holes can have diameters from 3 to 10 mm, depending on the raw material fraction.
