Calibrator-cooler for pellet KC-200

KC-200 is a modern device for cooling and calibrating pellets or feed granules, designed for larger technological lines. The machine provides effective screening of raw materials and their precise separation, eliminating impurities and particles that do not meet the requirements.

Thanks to its construction and increased efficiency, the KC-200 is perfect for industrial applications. It allows for drying of raw materials and efficient calibration of the material, ensuring the right product quality before further processing or packaging.

The calibrator is equipped with a 0.12 kW gear motor and openings for connecting the SO series extraction system. The device has a drum with holes of various diameters and an adjustable height feature. Upon customer request, the holes can have a diameter from 3 to 10 mm, depending on the raw material fraction.
