Constant heat sealer ZW-500SC

The ZW-500SC is a stationary foot-operated sealer designed for industrial sealing of thermoplastic packaging, used in pellet and feed granulate production lines as well as in facilities packaging products in the weight range of 200 g to 25 kg. The device is ideal when combined with weigh-and-pack machines in the process of precise packing into foil and multi-layer bags.

This is a continuously heated bag sealer for grooved seams. It is equipped with a foot drive, which allows the operator to work freely with both hands when handling packages and bags.

The device features a horizontally positioned sealing unit and a height-adjustable shelf, making it possible to conveniently position packages in a vertical position.

The sealer is designed for almost all types of foil packaging and bags: multi-layer polymer materials (including those with a paper layer), doypack packaging, polypropylene, duplex and triplex films, as well as laminated papers.
Material thickness range: 10–120 µm.

The device produces a strong, flat seam with a height of 20 mm and a width of 300/400/500 mm (selectable) and includes a batch numbering system.
