Operating principle of the cyclone separator

Air containing dust and other contaminants is introduced into the interior of the cyclone tangentially to its walls, where intensive vortex motion is created. As a result of centrifugal force, heavier particles are thrown onto the outer walls of the device, after which they fall into the collecting chamber.

The cleaned air changes flow direction and leaves the separator through the central outlet stub pipe. The entire process takes place continuously, without the need to use filter materials or additional consumable elements.
