Description

Dual-drive disintegrator working module is a professional working assembly intended for the construction and modernization of high-performance disintegrators of the DIPS series. Thanks to the use of two independent drives, the module ensures even greater intensity of the grinding process, high operating stability, and the possibility of effective processing of large quantities of material.

The design has been adapted to work with two electric motors with a power of 2 × 4 kW or 2 × 5.5 kW. This solution makes it possible to select the appropriate configuration for the planned capacity and the type of processed raw material. The module can form the basis of a new device or be used during the modernization of an existing disintegrator.

Principle of operation

The dual-drive working module uses two drives cooperating with a system of grinding discs, thanks to which the material is subjected to intensive impact action. Multiple collisions of particles with the working elements and with one another make it possible to obtain a very fine and uniform final fraction.

The use of two drives makes it possible to increase the dynamics of the grinding process and maintain high capacity even during continuous operation with demanding materials.

Application

The working module of the dual-drive disintegrator is intended for grinding natural and synthetic materials with a hardness of up to 4 on the Mohs scale. It is used in the food, chemical, construction, and pharmaceutical industries as well as in laboratories, where obtaining a very fine and uniform material fraction is required.
