Semi-automatic weighing dispenser DVSV-50 is a modern machine for portioning explosive and highly dusty bulk products, designed for precise dosing of bulk products in weighing mode. The device consists of a load cell scale, a hopper, and a pneumatically controlled dispensing unit. Dispenser operation description:

The dispenser’s operation is based on cyclic portioning of specified weight doses into open-type packaging.

Stages of the dosing process:

1. The operator places a bag, container, or box on the table.
   
   
2. They open the slide gate, starting the dosing process.
3. Upon reaching the set weight, the slide gate automatically closes and the dosing process is completed.
