The DVSV-M weighing dispenser is based on the automatic dispensing of a predetermined dose of bulk products. The operator's task is only to put the bag on the opening—the rest of the process is automatically performed by our bulk material packaging dispenser. 

DVSV-M dispenser for packing flour and sugar allows for packing products weighing from 5 kg up to a maximum of 70 kg. The integrated weighing system of the screw dispenser ensures precise dosing for every quantity of the product.

Subassembly

The DVSV-M dispenser is only a part of the set—to function properly, a stand must be installed. The distributor and the mounting plate should be welded to the tank. Connecting the DVSV-M screw dispenser with the other elements of the DVSV production line creates a highly efficient weighing and packaging system.

Application of the weighing dispenser

The operation of the distributor consists of cyclically dosing specific portions into bags and open sacks. The dispenser for packaging bulk products works perfectly in the food, agricultural, and chemical industries.
