Extraction System SO-1

Extraction System SO-1 is a compact dedusting installation designed for the effective removal of dust, sawdust, and other fine, dry contaminants generated during the operation of machines and technological equipment. The system uses airflow as a carrier transporting contaminants to the filtration unit, where they are effectively separated and collected in a collecting bag.

The device is used wherever it is necessary to maintain cleanliness of the workstation, reduce dustiness, and improve the safety and comfort of operators' work. SO-1 can work with shredders, mills, conveyors, process lines, and other equipment generating dust.

Principle of operation

The extraction system operates on the principle of drawing in air together with fine dust particles through a network of ducts. The contaminated air goes to the filtration unit, where the dust is separated from the air stream and collected in a collecting bag. The cleaned air can be discharged back into the room or into the ventilation system.

This solution makes it possible to reduce dust emissions, improve working conditions, and maintain a high level of cleanliness around production machines.
