Extraction System SO-6

Extraction System SO-6 has been designed for efficient removal of dust, sawdust, and other dry contaminants generated during the operation of extensive technological lines. Thanks to its high air capacity and six-stage filtration system, the device ensures stable operation even in plants with high production intensity.

The system uses air flow as a carrier transporting dust to the filter assembly, where contaminants are effectively separated from the air and collected in collection bags. This makes it possible to reduce dust at workstations, improve work safety, and reduce the amount of deposits on production equipment.

Construction and operation

SO-6 operates based on a suction system that collects dust directly from machines or transport installations. Air together with contaminants enters a filtration chamber equipped with six filters. After the dust is separated, the cleaned air can be directed back into the hall or to the ventilation system, while the waste remains in collection bags intended for easy emptying.

The extensive filtration system makes it possible to maintain high dedusting efficiency even during continuous operation of many devices at the same time.
