Extruder EKG-150 for Soy

EGK-150 Extruder / Extrusion Machine for Soybeans is an industrial device intended for the processing of cereals and seeds, in particular soybeans. It uses a process of high-temperature extrusion.

EGK-150 Extruder has been specially adapted for soybean processing, but it can also be used for processing, among others, corn, wheat, barley as well as mixed feed with wheat bran (up to 20%), and even straw and hay.

The modernized working unit of the EGK‑150 soybean extruder consists of two chambers: a loading chamber for crushing raw material and a pressing chamber, where the material, heated to 120–180 °C, is subjected to high pressure. After extrusion, a rapid expansion occurs due to a sudden drop in pressure.

Two nozzles enable the production of various types of products, in the form of sticks or flakes. Thanks to this, the device produces feed suitable for both large and medium animals, as well as for poultry and fish.
