Extruder for pet food production ESK-80

ESK-80 Extruder is an advanced device dedicated to producing feed for pets and livestock such as dogs, cats, fish, goats and cows. The extrusion technology used in the device has been enhanced by the use of special electric heaters that maintain a constant temperature in the working section. This ensures uniform operation and very high quality of the final product.

The machine is equipped with an automatic system for adjusting the raw material feed volume and interchangeable dies that allow the production of feed in various shapes (triangle, circle, heart) and sizes (from 1 to 20 mm). Thanks to the cutting knives, it is possible to precisely control pellet length. The dry feed produced by the ESK-80 is nutritionally rich and easy to store.

An advantage of the finished feed is its long float time on water – up to 30 minutes.

As a result, fish have time to eat the feed before it softens and fouls the tank.

The set includes three dies: with a triangular, circular, and heart-shaped hole.
An additional die costs PLN 339.
