EGK-200 is a reliable feed extruder designed for processing soybeans and grains. The device was created with farms and small feed production plants in mind, where efficiency, durability, and low operating costs are crucial.

EGK-200 extruder efficiently processes raw soybeans, which allows for the removal of anti-nutritional substances and improves feed digestibility. The prepared material can be used as a feed component for cattle, pigs, poultry, goats, or fish.

This modern feed production device combines grinding, heating, and shaping functions, which significantly improves the quality of the final product—whether it’s soy, corn, wheat, or barley.

The working unit of the feed extruder consists of two chambers—raw material is crushed in the loading chamber, and then treated by heat in the pressing chamber at 120–180°C under high pressure. After passing through the extruder holes, the material "explodes," experiencing a hydro-shock effect due to a sudden drop in pressure. As a result, the grain foams and increases its volume several times over. This means that animals need less of the aerated feed sticks than of regular or pelleted feed to feel full.

Thanks to the action of high temperature, the feed extruder disinfects the feed, eliminating pathogenic microflora, fungi, and disease-causing bacteria, which young animals are particularly sensitive to.

Additionally, under the influence of pressure and high temperature, hard-to-digest starch is broken down into lighter, simple carbohydrates and sugars. Vitamins and all nutrients are preserved, because the temperature acts only for a fraction of a second. Thanks to this, animals do not lose energy on digestion, but rather direct it towards body mass gain and increased milk yield.

The EGK-200 is equipped with two nozzles: for producing sticks in tube form and for creating flakes up to 4 cm in diameter. Thanks to these nozzles, you can produce extruded feed for various types of livestock and poultry.
