Feed extruder EGK-400 PTO

With the aim of increasing feed efficiency and actually improving the profitability of large farms, we offer the EKG-400 feed extruder with a capacity of up to 400 kg/h. Despite its compact dimensions, the device is a fully functional mini-line for the production of extruded feeds, ready for intensive operation without the need to expand additional infrastructure.

The machine is equipped with an integrated raw material hopper and a set of all necessary components, which allows for instant start of production after being connected. The use of efficient working screws allows for processing cereals and grains, bran, and also the addition of hay – up to 50% share in the feed mixture. Thanks to this, the user gains full freedom in composing their own feed formulations, tailored to the needs of a specific herd.

Thanks to interchangeable nozzles, the EKG-400 extruder allows forming feed in the form of tubes or flakes, which are readily consumed by cattle, pigs, horses, goats, sheep, and poultry. The short, intensive thermal processing effectively disinfects the feed mass, eliminating bacteria, mold, and other pathogenic microorganisms. This enables the safe use of even lower-quality raw materials, including grains partially damaged by pests.

Feed after the extrusion process is ready for direct feeding, characterized by high digestibility and stable, repeatable quality. As a result, the animals make better use of the nutrients, which translates into higher gains, better condition, and lower feed consumption.
