Feed granulator KORMOTEX-260

The KORMOTEX-260 granulator is an industrial-grade machine designed for intensive production of pelleted feed. Thanks to its robust, reinforced design, powerful drive, and large die (259 mm), this model ensures high performance and long service life even in demanding working conditions.

The machine processes various feed mixes, including ground grain, sunflower husk, oilcake, hay, or grain waste into pellets of uniform shape and composition. It is possible to produce feed for:

• chicks, broilers, laying hens, quail
• rabbits, pigs, goats, sheep, cattle
• fish and other farmed animals

Additionally, the machine is suitable for producing fuel pellets from shredded straw and hay. The optimal moisture content of the mix for pelletizing is between 12% and 17%, depending on the feed composition.

The KORMOTEX-260 granulator is an ideal solution for professional farms and feed processing plants. Reliable, durable, and versatile — it works both as a granulator for animal feed and as a biomass pelletizer. Thanks to interchangeable dies and high capacity, the machine will meet the expectations of the most demanding users.

A 980 rpm motor drives the die via pulleys and a shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the feed into the die holes. The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with holes from 2 to 8 mm to choose from.
