Feed Granulator ROTEX-100

The ROTEX-100 feed pelletizer is a compact and efficient machine designed for producing pelleted feed in home, farm, or workshop settings. It is an excellent alternative to the KGM-100 model – the only difference is the housing. The pelletizer allows processing raw materials such as:

• wheat bran,
• grain mixes,
• grain by-products.

ROTEX-100 enables production of feed for various species:

• livestock,
• poultry,
• fish.

The device is equipped with a die with radial holes, and its operation allows you to adjust pellet size to the specific type of husbandry.

Pellet production process

1. Pour the raw material (e.g., bran) into the feed hopper.
2. A 1500 rpm motor drives the die via pulleys and a shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the feed through the die holes.
3. The formed pellets are cut by a knife and fall out of the working chamber.
4. Finished pellets go into a container or onto the surface.

Applications

The ROTEX-100 feed pelletizer is used for the production of pelleted feed for livestock, poultry, and fish. It is ideal for small farms, breeding facilities, and companies producing pet food and litter. Thanks to its compact size and ability to work in various conditions, the machine can be used in a workshop, garage, or utility rooms.

The pelletizer is equipped with a single-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with optional hole sizes from 2 to 6 mm.
