Principle of operation

The grain fed into the hopper is ground to particle sizes matched to the holes of the screen used (3 mm for wheat and barley, 5 mm for corn).

• At the screening stage, floury particles are separated.
• In the aspiration channel, light fractions such as hulls and chaff are removed.
• The cleaned grits are then divided into size fractions on a vibrating sifter.
  

As a result, the user obtains a high-quality finished product—uniformly ground and cleaned grits.
