Principle of operation

Grain fed into the hopper is crushed into particles sized to match the openings of the selected sieve (3 mm for wheat and barley, 5 mm for corn).

• At the sieving stage, flour components are separated.
• In the aspiration channel, light fractions such as husks and chaff are removed.
• The cleaned groats are then divided into fractions by size with a vibrating separator.
  

This process provides the user with a finished product of high quality – uniformly crushed and cleaned groats.
