Operating principle

• The grain entering the tank is crushed into particles matching the sieve hole sizes: 3 mm (wheat, barley) or 5 mm (corn).
  
• On the vibrating sieve, flour is separated.
  
• In the aspiration channel, light fractions – husks and chaff – are removed.
  
• The cleaned groats are then divided into three fractions by size on a double-sieve vibrating separator.
  

As a result of this process, the user receives a high-quality product without the need for prior grain dehulling.
