Feed mixer WIR-1000 DUO

Feed mixer WIR-1000 DUO is a horizontal feed mixer equipped with two discharge augers, intended for preparing homogeneous mixtures from loose, wet and sticky components. The device enables efficient production of feed, grain mixtures and other materials requiring thorough mixing before further processing or pelleting.

Thanks to the working capacity of 1000 liters and a mixing time of 5 to 10 minutes, the device allows 3 to 6 full operating cycles per hour. The simple design ensures high reliability and low service requirements even during intensive operation.

The biggest difference compared to the standard version is the use of two discharge augers (DUO). This solution makes it possible to simultaneously feed the finished mixture to two pellet mills or divide the material into two independent conveying directions, which significantly improves the organization of work of the entire technological line.

The mixer body is made of durable tool steel protected with Hammerite hammer finish paint. The upper cover consists of two parts – a large service cover and an inspection hatch allowing convenient manual dosing of raw material without the need to completely open the device. When operating without a cyclone, the cover can be opened completely, which facilitates loading larger quantities of material.

After equipping the device with optional nozzles, it is also possible to dose liquid ingredients directly during the mixing process.

The mixer can operate as a standalone device or be integrated with a scale, screw conveyors, grinders and lines for feed and pellet production.
